I recently spent an evening watching late night television with my mum. Obviously, this was my great ploy to spend quality (yet QUIET) time with my mum. Obviously, I miscalculated my mum's love of making grossly inappropriate generalizations.
MUM: He looks so Mexican.*
ME: Who??
MUM: That guy on TV!
ME: JIMMY KIMMEL?? He's not Mexican.
MUM: Well, WHY does he have brown hair then?
ME: Well, I must be a Mexican then!
MUM: Hmph. Our hair not the same!
MUM: He looks so Mexican.*
ME: Who??

*Disclaimer: My mom likes to generalize everything. This does not make her racist. She loves people of all backgrounds. She just likes to speak her mind, which is why quiet time is QUALITY time.
